In this video I take the HFK HC50 RM out on my BMW R1200GSA for a proper real-world ride and show you what the unit is actually like to use on the road.
I've already covered the HC50 RM in detail, but this video is all about real-world use — how the screen looks while riding, how easy it is to operate, the BMW integration and how the system performs when you're actually out on the bike.
The HFK HC50 RM is a BMW-specific smart display featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, BMW Wonder Wheel control, motorcycle data, navigation, quick-release mounting and support for front and rear dash cameras.
I've been extremely impressed by the build quality and overall quality of the HC50 RM. It feels like a genuinely premium piece of equipment, and the integration with the BMW makes it particularly interesting for GS owners.
In this ride I show you the system operating on my R1200GSA, including the different displays and controls, so you can see exactly what you're getting before buying one.
