I took the micro sd card that CPMC sent me to do the firmware update on my B6 smart display and mounted it on my Mac and guess what...while it shows that 2.7mb space is taken up on the card, it does not show any files when I open the card and check it. Could this be why when I tried to go through the process by myself, I thought the file wasn't there?
